Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi Wednesday said that more than 10 lakh farmers have been registered for assistance under the Rs 10,000 crore relief package announced by the Gujarat government for those affected by unseasonal rains in October. Also, 1.25 lakh farmers of five affected districts have been registered for the package announced against the heavy rains in September 2025.

He was speaking after a meeting of the state cabinet chaired by Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel .
