Montgomery police have charged a suspect in the shooting death of a teenager.

It happened around 2:30 a.m. Friday, June 20 in the 5000 block of Greensboro Court.

Once officers arrived, they found 13-year-old Diamond Moore dead from a gunshot wound.

Police have charged a juvenile male with two counts of capital murder.

The unidentified suspect was taken into custody and booked into the Montgomery County Youth Detention Facility.
