5-Month-Old Infant Daughter Missing With 17-Year-Old Mom: York County Regional Police

A teen mom and her 5-month-old daughter have been reported missing after leaving Windsor Township, police announced on Wednesday, Nov. 18.

Roxanne Rodriguez, 17, was last seen leaving the area with her infant daughter, Milanne, on Saturday, Nov. 8, according to the York County Regional Police Department.

Rodriguez is described as a Black female, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing about 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing jeans and a black hoodie, police detailed in the release.

Milanne is described as a Black female weighing approximately 19 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Police believe the pair may be in New York City.
