The first promo of 'Mrs Deshpande', a psychological thriller featuring Madhuri Dixit in a strikingly dark avatar. The series will soon premiere on JioHotstar.

The OTT platform announced the series and shared a promo. “A twist you won’t see coming. Hotstar Specials: Mrs. Deshpande coming soon only on @JioHotstar (sic()," read the caption.

The teaser opens with Madhuri, dressed traditionally and adorned with jewellery, sitting before a mirror. As she begins removing her make-up and ornaments, the tone shifts. She lowers her head, and

when she looks up again, her face is drained of colour and emotion. A faint, unsettling smile hints at a sinister transformation, setting the stage for a character far removed from her usual screen persona.
