Aaron David Miller, senior fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, said that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman's friendly visit to the United States was designed to demonstrate that concerns over Saudi Arabia's record on human rights - and the murder of Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi - are no longer a priority for the United States.
