The Salvation Army of Chattanooga is once again partnering with McCallie School to ensure that families in need have a full Thanksgiving meal on the table. Each year, McCallie students have donated food items and turkeys to help fill hundreds of holiday meal boxes distributed across the Chattanooga area.
Both the middle and high school divisions participate in collecting Thanksgiving staples. Students bring in items like macaroni and cheese, canned vegetables, cornbread mix, fried onions, green bean casserole kits, and other traditional sides. Turkeys are also donated. Close
