As Rian Johnson attempts to shop a new version of Poker Face , he agrees the idea for his howcatchem series’ third season is out of the box.

During Monday’s premiere of Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery , the 2x Oscar-nominated writer and director told Deadline he “would be so excited” to pull off a new iteration of the show with Peter Dinklage as amateur sleuth Charlie Cale, after we reported that Natasha Lyonne had exited the role and Peacock opted not to renew the original series for a third season.
