Owners of a Commack shopping center are seeking approvals to expand a Marshalls and Costco, planning documents show.
The shopping center on Henry Street and Crooked Hill Road would expand from 528,537 allowable square feet to 555,717 allowable square feet, representing a 5.1% increase, Smithtown planning department officials said.
Cosentino Realty Group LLC, which owns the property, submitted the zone change request for the project, according to town officials.
Its parent company, Cosentino Companies LLC , manages more than 1 million square feet of commercial shopping center property and develops commercial retail centers, super centers, free-standing buildings and office space, according to its official website.
