Federal judge: Some new state election laws appear to unconstitutionally restrict ballot initiative canvassing

FAYETTEVILLE -- A federal judge entered a preliminary injunction against the Arkansas Secretary of State's Office on Wednesday, ordering the office to stop enforcing several new state laws to prevent the League of Women Voters of Arkansas from getting citizen-led initiatives on the ballot for state elections.
