Warwick Police investigating after threat issued to middle school

WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — The Warwick Police Department said it was investigating after a threat was issued to Warwick Veterans Memorial Middle School.

The department said that officers were immediately dispatched and the building was secured when the threat was made.

There was no other information given on the nature of the threat or any suspects.
