BUFFALO, N.Y. — An update on the ongoing political battle over New York State's climate action law which could eventually restrict the use of fossil fuels like natural gas, and the parallel effort in Washington to keep that from happening.

Republican Congressman Nick Langworthy says this about the Energy Choice Act which he introduced in the U.S, House of Representatives, "I have not lost one ounce of urgency in my mission to pass this law."
