CAMBRIDGE, Mass. —

Several Boston-area restaurants are celebrating Wednesday after the city's inaugural inclusion in this year's Michelin Guide.

Sumiao Hunan Kitchen in Cambridge was one of six Massachusetts restaurants to receive the Bib Gourmand distinction, which is awarded to eateries that provide "great food at a great value."

Owner Sumiao Chen congratulated her staff for making the list.

Chen was present at a ceremony Tuesday evening in Philadelphia to receive the Bib Gourmand designation.

She says even at the awards ceremony, she wasn't sure they were going to win.

"Me and my chef was shaking, saying, 'Hey, we are not included. We are not included,'" Chen said. "And then they moved to the category, the Bib Gourmand. And then ours is the last one from Boston. And my phone drop
