TIFFIN, Ohio — Two children and two adult men were fatally shot in a murder-suicide at a home in Tiffin Wednesday evening, according to Tiffin police Chief David Pauly.

Pauly added that there are no known family connections between the two adult men and the two children. The identities of all four people have not been released.

One of the children was taken to the hospital following the shootings, but was later pronounced dead.

Pauly said a female was also found alive inside of the home, and while it is unclear if she was injured, she is not believed to have been shot.

The scene has been secured after police responded to the home on Huss Street in the northeast end of the city at about 6-6:30 p.m. for a call about shots being fired. It is unclear if all of the shootings happened inside
