LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Nebraska scored 103 points in a blowout win over Oral Roberts on Wednesday. The Huskers quickly built a commanding lead behind unselfish play and efficient shooting. Sophomore Britt Prince led the Nebraska attack, scoring 30 points while making 13 of 18 field goal attempts. Eliza Maupin added a career-high 17 points off the bench.
Nebraska never trailed and led by 20 points within the first eight minutes. NU finished 18-of-19 from the free throw line.
The Huskers’ record improved to 5-0 with its first true road trip next week. Nebraska will play at the Emerald Coast Classic in Niceville, Florida starting on Monday.
