Most Expensive Main Streets Across the World in 2025 List: Despite geopolitical and macroeconomic challenges, international tourism has rebounded, resulting in a global average rental growth of 4.2 per cent on main streets.
London’s New Bond Street, notably, for the first time, led and claimed the title of the most expensive high street destination, according to the latest Cushman & Wakefield’s Main Streets Across the World 2025 report published on Wednesday.
Priced at an annual rental value of $2,231 per square metre, New Bond Street has ascended from last year’s third position , overtaking both Milan’s Via Montenapoleone and New York’s Upper Fifth Avenue, which rank second and third, respectively, this year.
