OMAHA, Neb. —

Omaha police are searching for a prolific pack of package thieves, who have stolen more than 200 boxes from an apartment building.

There were three break-ins, all at a building just south of 51st and Leavenworth on Oct. 26, Oct. 27, and Nov. 6.

Sometimes there was a group of two or three men, but in one case there were two men and a woman.

Each time, the thieves used a pry bar to get in.

A camera above the package delivery area showed them taking most, if not all, of the boxes and envelopes on the shelves before leaving.

A couple of times they showed up and left in a bronze or tan SUV.

Once they were in a dark-colored car.

They got away with items, including makeup, candles, and even a pair of $600 Italian shoes.
