Disturbance: Ruth Ellen Drive

Willoughby Hills police assisted with a fight between several family members at the Dorchester apartments around 8:15 a.m. Nov. 12.

The incident began with an altercation between a tenant and her boyfriend but got out of hand when several family members came to the location.

One man involved was arrested on a warrant and three women were issued trespass warnings.

The incident was reviewed by the city prosecutor, who determined that there was not sufficient evidence to criminally charge any of those involved.

Fraud: Ruth Ellen Drive

A man reported Nov. 13 that two fraudulent transactions were made to his credit card account at businesses in Dublin and Reynoldsburg.

The transactions totaled $539.
