SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. - Health policy leaders and community members gathered in Spokane Valley to discuss the challenges facing hospitals across Washington and explore potential solutions.

The "Saving Hospitals" forum brought together panelists from various sides of the health care debate, with the aim of openly discussing rising costs.

They also addressed the risk of closure faced by more hospitals, particularly those in less populated areas.
