Godrej Properties eyes Rs 3,500-crore revenue powerhouse with township push in THIS state

In October, Godrej Properties purchased a 26-acre land parcel at Sarjapur, Bengaluru. That project is expected to generate Rs 1,100 crore in revenue. The company has now acquired an additional 3.8-acre land parcel. This pushes up the revenue potential by Rs 2,400 crore and adds 2 million sq ft of developable area.
