Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has acquired an additional 3.8-acre land parcel in Sarjapur in South Bengaluru , adding a revenue potential of ₹2,400 crore, and 2 million sq ft of development potential.
GPL plans to build a large-scale, premium residential community with an estimated total revenue potential of ₹3,500 crore and 3 million sq ft on the overall 30-acre development.
Sarjapur is connected to major employment centres such as Outer Ring Road, Whitefield, Bellandur and Electronic City, complemented by a mature social ecosystem of reputed schools, hospitals, retail avenues and workspaces.
