Police are investigating an incident where a man was caught outraging public decency on a train platform. British Transport Police say that on Tuesday, November 11, a man was seen masturbating at Aberdovey railway station in Gwynedd at 1pm.

It led to the arrest of a 37-year-old man, who has since been released on conditional bail. Officers investigating the incident are now encouraging any witnesses to come forward to help with its investigation.

They have released a description of the man involved as being white, around 6ft 4in tall, and of very heavy build with a chubby face.
