LUCKNOW: A complaint has been filed against a doctor for allegedly using Fevikwik to glue a wound on a two-and-a-half-year-old boy. The complaint is against a doctor at a private hospital in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.

The boy, Manraj Singh, was injured when his head hit the corner of a table while playing. The boy was admitted to the hospital with a deep cut near his eye. The doctor asked the boy's father to buy Fevikwik. The family alleges that the doctor applied glue to the wound without even cleaning it. The parents demanded an injection and proper dressing, but the doctor refused.

The next day, the child was shifted to another hospital after the pain worsened. After three hours of intensive care, the adhesive was finally removed from the wound. Meerut Chief Medical Officer Dr Ashok Katar
