Jammu/Pathankot/Chandigarh, Nov 20: The Nagar Kirtan commemorating the 350th Martyrdom Anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji received a heartfelt and spiritual welcome from the sangat in Jammu before proceeding towards Pathankot on Wednesday.

Devotees walked barefoot alongside the procession during the late-night reception and today’s onward journey. A special stopover was arranged at Gurdwara Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Chand Nagar, where sangat paid respects. Gatka teams of Sikh youth performed martial art displays as the Nagar Kirtan departed, while devotees showered flowers on the palkan of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.

Gurdwaras across Jammu city, including Akali Kaur Singh Nagar in Digiana, Sant Mela Singh Ji Dastkari Ashram, and Singh Sabha Gurdwara Digiana Camp, offered a warm welcome.
