Officials in Cass County say they’ve arrested a man suspected of shooting at a fellow passenger during a family road trip Tuesday morning.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of someone firing a gun in the parking lot of a gas station on the 200 block of Aspen Avenue Northeast in Cass Lake at around 11:15 a.m.
At the scene, deputies learned that a family had been traveling from the Bemidji area to the Twin Cities when a dispute broke out.
The driver of the vehicle eventually stopped in the parking lot, and the passengers exited. One of the passengers then began shooting at another.
