LAUREL, Neb. —
The Nebraska woman convicted in a quadruple homicide will serve life behind bars.
In August, Carrie Jones was found guilty of first-degree murder, evidence tampering, and accessory. She was sentenced Thursday to life in prison.

She is the wife of Jason Jones , who was convicted of multiple charges, including four counts of first-degree murder, in the deaths of Michelle Ebeling, Janet Twiford, Gene Twiford, and their daughter Dana Twiford.
The Twiford family and Ebeling were found murdered in two separate homes in Laurel, Nebraska, in August 2022. Both homes were set on fire.
