Deputy Director Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs (FCSCA) Kashmir, Arjumand Yaqoob, said that as part of the department’s winter preparedness plan, four months of ration stock have been dumped in advance across the valley.
“We had set November 31 as the deadline, but this year we are ahead of schedule. Four months of rations have already been dumped across all districts,” she said.
