1Galloway Township, NJ – Officers from the Galloway Township Police Department joined forces with TapHouse Jiu-Jitsu Wednesday evening to host a community women’s self-defense seminar designed to teach practical personal safety techniques.

The 90-minute session, led by Coach Tep and Coach Erin, featured hands-on instruction in effective strategies to defend against unprovoked attacks.

Officers Kaitlyn Reyes and Katerina Tsarnes participated in leading the event, guiding attendees through exercises aimed at building confidence and situational awareness.
