GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. — Authorities are searching for a driver responsible for hitting and seriously injuring a pedestrian in Greenville County.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol said the pedestrian was on White Horse Road (U.S. Route 25) near Black Hawk Road around 3:45 a.m. on Thursday.. Authorities said the vehicle hit the pedestrian and left them seriously injured, and then left the scene.
Authorities said the vehicle was last seen heading south on White Horse Road. Troopers haven't determined what type of vehicle was involved in the crash, but believe it has front-end damage.
