SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - McCrossan Boys Ranch announced on Tuesday that Executive Director Brian Roegiers will be retiring after 27 years at the ranch.

His retirement will be effective December 31, 2025.

Brian started at McCrossan Boys Ranch in 1998 and has played a crucial role in its growth and mission to offer “New Hope for a Better Life” to at-risk youth.

He led over 10 campus building projects, improved educational programs, expanded equine therapy, and achieved national accreditation.

Brian’s leadership has positively impacted thousands of young men and their families, creating a legacy of compassion and service.
