Watch one of Portland’s funniest people eat Baja Blast pie and talk about his new local comedy festival

While eating a Taco Bell Mountain Dew Baja Blast pie at The Oregonian/OregonLive office last week, Portland comedian Sean Jordan made an announcement: He’s starting a comedy festival.

Jordan, a co-host of “All Fantasy Everything,” with Ian Karmel (also a Portland comedian, even if he does live in Los Angeles now), is hoping to launch the as-yet-to-be-named festival next September along North Mississippi Street.

The festival would feature “a bunch of local comics,” Jordan, who was named Portland’s Funniest Person by Willamette Week in 2014 , said, with about “eight to 10 headliners” that fly in from out of town.
