BUTTE — A company says a data center it wants to build near Butte would be at least two buildings, each about 500,000 square feet — or nearly 10 football fields — in size.
“They’re pretty sizable buildings,” John Sabey, CEO of Sabey Data Centers, told Butte-Silver Bow officials and others by phone Friday. “And we try to, you know, we make our buildings look nice. They’re not ugly buildings.
“We have some architectural features on them and they’ve got colors and they’ve got windows,” he said. “They’re good-looking industrial buildings.”
