Srinagar- The Meteorological Centre Srinagar on Thursday said that isolated higher reaches of Jammu and Kashmir are likely to receive a brief spell of very light snow on December 2 and 3.
The department said the current dry weather is expected to continue across the region till December 1. It added that cloudy conditions are likely on December 2 and 3, with a chance of very light snowfall over isolated higher areas. The weather is expected to remain dry again from December 4 to 10.
Officials said shallow to moderate fog is likely at many places in the Kashmir division and at isolated spots in Jammu. They also forecast a further dip of one to two degrees Celsius in both maximum and minimum temperatures after November 22.
