INDIANAPOLIS — An Indianapolis man is charged with felony theft after he allegedly hopped a fence to steal beer and other snacks from Victory Field on multiple occasions.

Daniel Wu is charged with five counts of theft with a prior conviction and five counts of misdemeanor criminal trespass for his alleged role in the thefts.

According to court documents, on Sept. 25, 2025, IMPD officers were called to Victory Field to review security footage in connection with a burglary and trespass investigation.

During the investigation, officers watched surveillance footage from Aug. 23 in which two unknown male suspects entered Victory Field around 9 a.m. and went to the west side of the stadium before one of the suspects allegedly climbed over a 10-foot iron fence while the other kept watch outsid
