FENTRESS COUNTY, Tenn. — A Fentress County Sheriff was arrested on Thursday after an investigation by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, according to the Fentress County Sheriff's Office.

FCSO said TBI executed an indictment involving Sheriff Michael “Bigfoot” Reagon. He is charged with "destruction of and tampering with govern."

"Following the legal process, he was booked into the Fentress County Sheriff’s Justice Center in accordance with standard procedure," FCSO said.
