Olimpia Milano has been struggling with injuries since the start of the season, and even the player brought in to help ease the situation, Nate Sestina, has been sidelined.
As Ettore Messina revealed in the press conference following the home loss to Hapoel Tel Aviv, the former Fenerbahce and Valencia forward is expected to undergo surgery and will be absent for an extended period.
