COLUMBIA, S.C. (WCSC) — A new report shows South Carolina remains a dangerous place for many women to live.
The 2025 “When Men Murder Women” report found the rate of men killing women in South Carolina continues to be above the national average, based on the latest data from 2023.
The South Carolina Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault wants law enforcement across the state to start using a tool that aims to help victims of domestic violence escape dangerous situations before they turn deadly.
