A paedophile who had a "commercial interest in the sexual abuse of young teenage boys" and sold child abuse images to other sex offenders has been jailed for raping two 12-year-olds.

Barthimaus Ehiemere, 25, of Hackney was sentenced at Snaresbrook Crown Court to 18 years' imprisonment for 47 offences against seven known victims.

Police discovered the 25-year-old groomed boys aged 12 to 16 online, and committed serious sexual offences against them, including seven counts of rape against two boys between 2019 and 2023.

Detectives said Ehiemere would send the boys "gifts, money and praise to coerce them into providing sexual imagery", which he would then use to advertise and encourage other boys
