LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
The Grales in Louisville, located in the Highlands, has expanded its campus with the opening of Grale Goods — a cafe and bakery.
The collection of unique venues began with a love of beer.
"It sort of snowballed into what it is now, which is multiple restaurants," said Tyler Trotter, co-owner.
The expansion began with the opening of Holy Grale in 2010, followed by Grale Haus, Bar Grale, and now Grale Goods.
The new space, which had been empty for some time, was seen by the owners as a perfect addition to their existing venues.
"When we got this space, we realized that as soon as we moved down, we're like, wow, it's huge," they said.
Trotter says Grale Goods is a compliment to the other restaurants and bars. Because it's so big, it allows them to use the larger kitch
