Military experts have issued a stark warning that a 28-point peace plan allegedly drawn up by the United States and Russia could pave the way for another Kremlin invasion.
The Institute for the Study of War stated in a fresh analysis that the proposal, reportedly put forward by US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, could leave Ukraine stripped of crucial defensive positions.
