The Ohio Prep Sports Media Association’s 2025 northwest Ohio all-district football selections were released Thursday, and four-time defending league champion Liberty Center received the lion’s share of recognition.
The Tigers won the Northwest Ohio Athletic Conference title, are 12-0, and are ranked No. 1 in the Division V state poll. The school had seven players earn a spot on the all-district first team and two on the second team.
Running back Garrison Kruse was named co-offensive player of the year along with wide receiver Seth Elchert of Liberty-Benton. LC linebacker Thomas Mohler shared defensive player of the year honors with lineman CJ Barbara of Liberty-Benton. Tigers punter Kaden Kreinbrink also was named kicker of the year.
