The Falmouth School Committee met Wednesday night , November 19, to discuss the possible creation of a free early learning center that would serve the entire district, a proposal Superintendent Lori S. Duerr called a key step in supporting young learners and preparing them for future success. The meeting also included discussions on elementary school attendance lines, potential school mergers and future grade configurations outlined in the district’s Navigating the Future Together proposals.
Duerr said the early learning center could be located at either Teaticket or East Falmouth, noting that other district sites posed significant challenges.
