FESTUS, Mo. (First Alert 4) — An overflow crowd is expected at Festus City Hall when the planning and zoning board is scheduled to take up a critical vote on a data center development that has drawn strong opposition from residents.
The planning and zoning board will vote on whether to approve a change in zoning to an industrial designation for the 240 acres where a developer expressed interest in building a data center. Concerned residents hope to convince the planning commission to reject the zoning change.
