BEAVERTON, Ore. — Columbia Sportswear is stepping deeper into the Olympic world as the company unveils the uniforms Team USA Curling will wear at the 2026 Winter Games. The Portland-based brand partnered with the national program to build competition gear and village wear designed specifically for the demands of curling and the cold conditions athletes will face in Italy.
Becca Johnson, Columbia’s director of special projects and collaborations, helped lead the work alongside Team USA Curling. She said outfitting Olympians is a rare and meaningful moment for any designer.
“It’s huge because the Olympics is the pinnacle of these athletes' careers and to get to have a piece of that, help them comfortable in the outdoors, in the elements and compete and to get podium spots is just huge,” Jo
