For months, Simone Biles kept quiet about the obvious boob job that she secretly received months after the 2024 Paris Olympics.

She has gotten increasingly vocal about it in the past few weeks. In July, the legendary gymnast hit the 2025 ESPYS red carpet wearing a glittering blue sequin gown that showcased her enhancements on full display.

Earlier this month, the gold-medal-winning gymnast admitted she had three plastic surgeries, saying, “I’ve had three plastic surgeries, and two of them you would never be able to tell,” she explained in a video.
