Rashtriya Lok Morcha (RLM) chief and Rajya Sabha MP Upendra Kushwaha’s son Deepak Prakash’s induction as a minister into the CM Nitish Kumar-led Bihar government came as a surprise to everyone. Prakash, who is neither an MLA nor a member of the state Legislative Council, was sworn in as the sole minister from his party by Governor Arif Mohammad Khan on Thursday at the grand oath-taking ceremony held in Patna’s Gandhi Maidan.
