The Edmonton Oilers turned in their gutsiest efforts of the season to date Thursday night in Tampa Bay, although they had to settle for a single point. Article content

The Oilers significantly out-shot and even more so out-chanced the Bolts in the first. Calvin Pickard did his share plus some to keep it there through 40 and most of the third until Paul tied it at 1-1 late as the gas tank dropped close to the “E”. The winner in OT came on a Tampa Bay 2-on-1 after Jack Roslovic failed to drain a sitter at the other end. Article content Article c
