CEDAR FALLS(KWWL)--In a rollercoaster 1A State Championship game, West Lyon(13-0) survives Iowa City Regina(12-1) for the Class 1A State Title. It is the the 7th state title in school history for West Lyon. The Wildcats won the 2A State Championship last fall.
