Hasyayoga, laughter yoga, is a unique exercise program. It is comprised of three elements — playfulness and laughter, mindfulness meditation and yoga breathing exercises. Madan Kataria M.D., a family physician from India, created this practice in 1995 and it has grown in popularity around the world.
