US indices suffered a sudden and violent reversal on Thursday after an initial surge, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average falling 386.51 points, or 0.84%, to end at 45,752.26. This pullback followed a market-wide rally earlier in the session, when the Dow was up more than 700 points and the S&P 500 had gained nearly 2% before sentiment changed. The fall in the US market came after an early rally in Nvidia post its earnings faded. Nvidia stock, which rose 5% in early trade, ended 3.15% lower at $180.64.
