The dispute centers on the late industrialist’s vast estate, with Karisma’s kids, Samaira and Kiaan, claiming Priya excluded them from the inheritance. Priya’s counsel argued it’s a “healthy tradition” for husbands to bequeath assets to their wives, citing her father-in-law’s will as precedent. The court, however, cautioned both sides against “melodrama” after Samaira alleged unpaid tuition fees.
